Quality control
Specification and sample confirmation before bulk orders
The quality workflow is based on the approved model, drawing, sample and packing requirement for each order.
Practical order checkpoints
Specification review
Dimensions, function, material, finish, accessories and application are checked against the RFQ.
Sample confirmation
Where required, samples are reviewed before the bulk-order specification is finalized.
Order references
Model names, drawings, photos and BOM references help control substitutions and ambiguity.
Packing review
Piece packing, accessory packs, labels and export cartons are confirmed before production.
Pre-shipment records
Inspection scope and requested records should be agreed during quotation.
Corrective review
Any reported discrepancy is assessed against the approved specification and evidence.
What buyers should provide
For accurate review, provide drawings, target measurements, application details, expected load or use, finish reference, sample photos, quantity and destination market. Required testing or third-party inspection must be stated before quotation.
Define the inspection requirement in your RFQ
Testing, inspection and document requirements vary by product and destination.
Buyer quality checklist
Quality information to confirm before production
For B2B cabinet hardware orders, clear inspection references reduce misunderstanding between samples, quotation and bulk shipment.
Functional requirements
Confirm soft-close performance, opening angle, slide extension, loading requirement, cycle expectation and installation position for each hardware type.
Visual and finish checks
Define acceptable finish, color tone, surface marks, plating references and visible appearance standards before mass production.
Dimensional references
Use drawings, samples or approved model references to confirm cup size, slide length, hole positions, mounting plates and accessory fit.
Packing and label control
Check inner packing, screw packs, labels, carton marks, barcode information and buyer-specific instructions before shipment.
Pre-shipment review
Agree what photos, sample checks, packing records or inspection reports are needed for the buyer order before goods leave the supplier.
RFQ documentation
Attach the quality checklist to your RFQ so CabFitCo can quote based on the same product and packing expectations.
Quality review
Send drawings, samples or inspection requirements
CabFitCo can review cabinet hardware specifications, packing expectations and RFQ references before quotation.
