Applications
Overhead kitchen cabinets, display units and furniture flaps
Lift hardware is sensitive to door weight and mounting geometry. Quotations should be based on accurate dimensions, material and opening requirements.
Product selection
How professional buyers compare lift systems
A useful quotation should identify the exact application rather than rely on a generic product name. Cabinet construction, installation space, dimensions, expected load, opening or closing function, finish and accessory packs can all change the suitable model.
For repeat purchasing, keep a stable item reference for every approved configuration. The same reference should appear on the drawing, BOM, sample record, packing label and purchase order. This reduces substitutions and makes future orders easier to compare.
When an existing brand or sample is used as a target, include photographs and measured dimensions. A target model helps define expectations, but final confirmation should still be based on the cabinet drawing and required performance.
For mixed projects, separate quantities by model, size, finish and cabinet type. A structured schedule allows CabFitCo to review consolidation, sample priorities and export packing before the quotation is finalized.
OEM and private label
From specification review to repeat-order packing
1. Drawing and BOM review
Models, dimensions, function, quantities and missing information are checked before pricing.
2. Sample confirmation
The selected model, accessories, finish and installation reference are confirmed before bulk production.
3. Artwork and labels
Brand placement, item codes, barcode rules, inner labels and carton marks are reviewed together.
4. Export packing
Piece packs, accessory bags, inner boxes, master cartons and project references are specified.
5. Bulk-order control
The purchase order and production reference are tied back to the approved sample and BOM.
6. Repeat-order record
Stable specifications help distributors and project buyers reorder without rebuilding the RFQ.

Quality and documentation
Define acceptance before production
State any inspection, testing, sample retention or document requirement during the RFQ stage. Visual finish, dimensions, movement, load expectation, accessory count and packing format should be tied to an approved reference where possible.

FAQ
Common sourcing questions
How is the required gas-support force selected?
Door size, weight, hinge position and mounting geometry must be reviewed together.
Can you match a lift system from a photo?
Photos help identify the type, but dimensions and door data are still required for confirmation.
Are left and right mechanisms packed as sets?
Set composition and packing are confirmed for the selected model.
